Product prices include packaging, including export packing, with no additional packaging fee. Transportation charges are paid by the customer directly to the transportation provider. TTD METAL does not charge a fee for helping connect customers with a provider; this does not mean that transportation is free. TTD METAL can help connect customers with providers without charging an introduction or coordination fee. Customers pay transportation charges directly to the provider. The collection or dispatch schedule is confirmed for each order.

We inspect dimensions, appearance, welds, and surface finishes before packing. We also proactively provide photos or videos of completed products before shipment.

TTD METAL provides a 12-month warranty from the date you receive the products. It covers color and coating issues, rust and peeling paint under normal use, where there are no signs of deliberate damage. Contact TTD METAL with photographs or video and a repair quotation before appointing a local tradesperson. TTD METAL confirms the covered defect and approves the repair method and costs in advance, then pays the agreed costs of the approved local repair. See our Product Warranty policy.

Send your order details and photos or videos so we can verify the issue. Once confirmed, we normally arrange prompt replacement or supplementary shipment of the affected items.
