TTD METAL Customer Policies: Ordering and Confirmation
TTD METAL supplies business customers and individual buyers. Orders submitted through the website are reviewed and confirmed manually by TTD METAL. Product configuration, quantity, pricing and the delivery or collection schedule are confirmed for each order.
Custom requirements should be included in the quotation request before an order is confirmed.
Product images illustrate designs and finishes. Customers should refer to the applicable product specifications and confirmed order details when making purchasing decisions.
Payment
Standard orders require full payment in advance.
Custom orders require a 50% advance payment, with the remaining balance payable before dispatch or factory collection.
Payment is made by bank transfer using the instructions provided through the confirmed order process.
Packaging, Collection and Transportation
Product prices include packaging. TTD METAL does not charge an additional packaging fee, including for export packing.
Customers may collect their orders at the factory or appoint a transportation provider to collect them. TTD METAL can help connect customers with transportation providers without charging an introduction or coordination fee.
Transportation charges are paid by the customer directly to the transportation provider. Free assistance with arranging a provider does not mean free transportation.
The collection or dispatch schedule is specified in the order confirmation. Contact TTD METAL before arranging collection.

Order Cancellations
Standard orders may be cancelled before packing begins.
Custom orders may be cancelled before production begins. After production has started, cancellation requests are reviewed according to the work completed and actual costs incurred. Any compensation or refund is discussed and agreed with the customer based on the actual circumstances.
For cancellations accepted within the applicable cancellation conditions, the full amount paid is refunded within 30 working days from TTD METAL’s confirmation of cancellation.
Returns Following a Change of Mind
Customers may request the return of standard products within 30 days of receiving them. Products must remain in their original, unopened and intact packaging.
The customer bears the costs arising from a change-of-mind return. Custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged because the customer has changed their mind.
After TTD METAL receives the returned products and confirms that they meet the return conditions, the refund is processed within 30 working days.
The refund covers the amount paid for the returned products, less transportation costs, taxes and other transaction charges that TTD METAL has paid on the customer’s behalf. Any deductions must be identified in the refund calculation.
These change-of-mind conditions are separate from the handling of incorrect, missing or faulty products and warranty claims.
Incorrect, Missing or Faulty Products
If an issue is attributable to TTD METAL, contact us with the order reference, affected product codes and quantities, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs.
TTD METAL may supply new or replacement components to resolve the issue. The customer will not bear additional costs for this corrective supply.
Product Warranty
TTD METAL provides a 12-month warranty from the date the customer receives the products.
The warranty covers color and coating issues, rust and peeling paint under normal use, where there are no signs of deliberate damage.
Before appointing a local tradesperson, contact TTD METAL with photographs or video of the issue and a repair quotation. TTD METAL must confirm the covered defect and approve the repair method and costs in advance.
TTD METAL pays the agreed costs of the approved local repair. Obtain approval before commissioning work.
Installation and Project Requirements
Use components and accessories suitable for the selected railing configuration and installation site.
General installation guidance does not replace a project-specific assessment of the mounting structure, connections and completed railing where required.
Customer Information and Privacy
TTD METAL uses customer information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, process confirmed orders and provide after-sales support.
